We provide residential and specialty cleaning services.
Pricing and labor hours are based on a 1600 sq. ft., 1-story home unless noted.
Bookings must be made through our site or by support team.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By booking, you authorize charges to your payment method.
Cancellations must be made by 8:00 PM the day before service.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $25 fee to compensate cleaners.
We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied, provide proof (photos or notes) within 24 hours.
We will send cleaners back to complete the job at no extra cost.
Client must provide photos of the main cleaning area prior to service.
Property must have working water, electricity, and safe conditions.
Cleaners are required to take before and after photos of work.
Photos are used to confirm service completion, protect everyone involved, and limit liability.
Photos are kept private and not shared externally, unless permitted by clients.
We may refuse service in unsafe or extreme conditions.
We do not handle biohazards, pest infestations, or heavy hoarding unless agreed in writing.
Services will be performed by our vetted & insured cleaners.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or normal wear.
Issues caused by unsafe property conditions.
Damage from client-supplied products.
We collect name, phone, email for booking, confirmation, and service delivery.
Contact info may be used for follow-ups and promotions (opt-out available).
Terms may be updated anytime without notice.
These Terms are governed by Texas law.
