Welcome to TrustinPros.com By booking or using our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of Website
This site is operated by TrustinPros LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
All text, pricing, and images belong to TrustinPros and may not be copied without written consent.
2. Services
We provide residential and specialty cleaning services.
Pricing and labor hours are based on a 1600 sq. ft., 1-story home unless otherwise noted.
Additional charges apply for excessive mess, unique conditions, or add-on services. Any such charges will be confirmed with you before moving forward. A signature may be required.
3. Booking & Payments
Bookings must be made through our site or by support team.
Payments are processed via Stripe. By booking, you authorize charges to your payment method.
Receipts are emailed and booking confirmation is texted after payment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
One-Time Services & Add-Ons: Must be canceled or rescheduled by 8:00 PM the day before service to avoid a $25 late cancellation/no-show fee.
Subscriptions: Can be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. Late cancellations may result in the next scheduled clean still being billed.
If our team cannot access your property, a trip charge may apply.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand by our work. If you are not satisfied, provide proof (photos or notes) within 24 hours.
We will send cleaners back at no extra cost.
Guarantee excludes requests outside the original scope of work, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Client Responsibilities
Provide photos of main cleaning areas before service.
Ensure property has working water, electricity, and safe conditions.
Contain pets during service.
7. Cleaner Responsibilities & Photo Policy
Cleaners take before and after photos to confirm service completion and limit liability.
Photos remain private and are never shared without client consent.
Clients are encouraged to post photos of results and leave reviews.
8. Service Limitations
We may refuse service in unsafe or extreme conditions.
We do not handle:
Biohazards
Pest infestations
Heavy hoarding
(unless agreed to in writing).
Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to weather.
9. Cleaners
Services will be performed by our vetted & insured cleaners.
TrustinPros is not responsible for delays caused by cleaners availability or external events.
10. Liability
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or normal wear.
Issues caused by unsafe property conditions.
Damage from client-supplied products.
Our liability is limited to the total service fee paid.
11. Privacy & Data
We collect name, phone, email for booking, confirmation, and service delivery.
Contact info may be used for follow-ups and promotions (opt-out available).
Payment details are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card info.
12. Changes
Terms may be updated anytime without notice.
Continued use of our site or services means you accept updates.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Texas law.
Disputes fall under Dallas County, Texas jurisdiction.
