By booking, accessing, or using any service or page on TrustinPros.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

1.  ABOUT US

This website is operated by Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Texas limited liability company providing residential and commercial interior cleaning, exterior pressure washing, concrete sealing, handyman, and dumpster pad services throughout the South Dallas–Fort Worth area.

2.  USE OF WEBSITE

• All text, pricing, images, graphics, and content on TrustinPros.com belong to Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

• You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with its operation or security.

• We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time without notice.

3.  SERVICES

We provide residential and commercial cleaning and property maintenance services including interior janitorial, exterior pressure washing, concrete sealing, handyman services, and dumpster pad programs. Unless otherwise stated in a written quote:

• Residential interior pricing is based on a 1,600 sq. ft., single-story home as a baseline. Additional charges apply for larger properties, excessive mess, unique conditions, or add-on services.

• Commercial and exterior pricing is determined by scope, square footage, and service tier as confirmed in a written quote.

• Any additional charges beyond the original quote will be confirmed with you before proceeding. A signed authorization may be required.

• Outdoor and exterior services are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled without penalty.

4.  BOOKING & PAYMENTS

• Bookings must be made through TrustinPros.com or directly with our support team.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By booking, you authorize charges to your confirmed payment method.

• Receipts are emailed and booking confirmations are texted after payment is processed.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

• Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC reserves the right to suspend service for accounts more than 15 days past due.

5.  CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

One-Time Services & Add-Ons

• Must be cancelled or rescheduled by 8:00 PM the day before service to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are subject to the $25 fee.

Recurring Service Plans

• May be paused or cancelled with 7 days' written notice before your next billing cycle.

• Late cancellations may result in the next scheduled service still being billed.

Property Access

• If our team cannot access your property (locked gate, no utilities, unsafe conditions), a trip charge of up to $50 may apply.

• Client must ensure safe access, working water and electricity, and secured pets for all service visits.

6.  SERVICE GUARANTEES

Workmanship Guarantee — All Services

• We guarantee every job will be performed using the correct equipment, professional-grade products, and documented procedures for your surface or space.

• If our process was not followed correctly, submit written notice with photos within 48 hours and we will return to assess and correct at no charge.

• This guarantee covers our execution — not outcomes affected by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed property issues, or material limitations.

Satisfaction Guarantee — Interior Cleaning

• If you are unsatisfied with an interior cleaning service, submit written notice with photos within 24 hours. We will return at no charge to address items within the original agreed scope.

• No guarantee is made regarding complete removal of permanent stains, set-in odors, rust, or deep biological growth from any surface.

7.  CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide photos of main service areas before interior service visits when requested.

• Ensure the property has working water, electricity, and safe working conditions.

• Secure all pets during service visits.

• Disclose any known property defects, chemical sensitivities, fragile items, or conditions that could be affected by service.

• For exterior services, ensure adequate drainage exists and that the property complies with local wastewater and stormwater regulations.

• For concrete sealing, do not allow foot traffic for 24 hours or vehicle traffic for 48 hours after application.

8.  PHOTO & DOCUMENTATION POLICY

• Our team takes before and after photos on every visit for quality control and liability documentation.

• Photos remain private and are not shared publicly without your written consent.

• By using our services, you grant Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC permission to use photos of service results (excluding personally identifiable information) for marketing purposes. You may opt out in writing at any time.

9.  SERVICE LIMITATIONS & REFUSALS

• We may refuse or pause service in unsafe or extreme conditions including biohazard exposure, pest infestations, structural damage, aggressive animals, or hostile environments.

• We do not handle: blood, bodily fluids, mold infestations, hazardous waste, asbestos, or pest-related waste.

• Outdoor services may be rescheduled due to weather at our discretion without penalty.

10.  LIABILITY

Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC's total liability for any claim is strictly limited to the total service fee paid for the specific visit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

• We are not responsible for issues caused by unsafe property conditions or client-supplied products.

• We carry general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon written request.

11.  SUBCONTRACTORS

• Services may be performed by vetted and insured independent subcontractors operating under Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC standards.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by subcontractor availability or events beyond our reasonable control.

12.  FORCE MAJEURE

Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC shall not be liable for service delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, supply disruptions, power outages, or government orders. We will notify you promptly and reschedule at the earliest available opportunity.

13.  PRIVACY & DATA

• We collect your name, phone number, and email address for booking, service coordination, and follow-up communications.

• Contact information may be used for service reminders and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

• We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. Trustin Cleaning Professionals LLC does not store card or banking information.

14.  CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

• We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on TrustinPros.com with an updated effective date.

• Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

15.  DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

• Disputes shall first be addressed through direct written communication. If unresolved, parties agree to non-binding mediation before pursuing litigation.

• Legal disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dallas County, Texas courts.
